Unable To See Dependent Request Section When Approving Requests Due to Missing Scrollbars (Doc ID 2358347.1)

When logged in as an approver to approve a request which has dependent request content, the approver is unable to see the dependent request details.

Eg. A heterogeneous request 15111 was raised for one application instance and one entitlement for multiple users. Two child requests were generated 15112 and 15113.
When approver logged in to approve 15112 and opened the request, the dependent requests section was not visible. The scroll bar was missing at the bottom.

The issue is only with the requests which have dependent request content and is reviewed from Pending Approvals. If logged in as system admin, to track the request, the issue is not seen.
