WebCenter Enterprise Capture Stops Importing E-mails from Outlook 365 and Error "Failed to obtain Move-To folder" Occurs

An import job running against Outlook 365 e-mail worked properly when it was first set up, but after a few days it stopped working. The only error is:
Stopping and starting the job does not fix it, however sometimes re-creating the job fixes it and it runs again for a while before stopping. The 'WFR_Processed' folder in the log is the folder designated for post-processing.
Created Email Import Processor job pointed to an Outlook 365 Email Server.
