java.security.KeyStoreException: WIExplorerMy not found when running Forms using Webstart (Doc ID 2358465.1)

Forms is configured with SSO and using X509 authentication profile.
When running Forms using webstart , It shows alert with general exception:

Name: oracle.forms.engine.main
Exception: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

and in the Java Console the following exception is shown:

java.security.KeyStoreException: WIExplorerMy not found
