OAM 11gR2PS1: OAM system error encountered after providing the authentication credentials. (Doc ID 2358847.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer specified that the clients are randomly encountering the "System Error" message just after providing the credentials. Issue is occurring in a clustered environment.

Symptoms

On : OAM 11.1.2.1 version

User are getting intermittent issue performing logins.

 

ERROR
-----------------------


In browser, the "System error. Please re-try your action" is encountered.

 

In OAM logs the following error is seen - "Unable to create and persist user session", which is caused by this error - "OAMSSA-02041: Client lease for session [<--SESSION NUMBER-->] has expired."

 

Error seen in the OAM diagnostic logs:
