Using Forms 184.108.40.206, the number of Forms User Sessions in Fusion Middleware Control sometimes shows 0(zero) even though there are sessions running. Refreshing multiple times the sessions will sometimes show accurately, but other times shows 0 or no data at all.
Already reviewed the following notes:

However, the solution is to apply 220.127.116.11 or higher, but in this case, already using Forms 18.104.22.168.0.
In the AdminServer-diagnostic.log, can see the following error:
oracle.as.management.opmn.optic.OpticBadResponseException: Error while parsing OPMN dump in XML format: XML Parse Exception: tag=[pdml] Not Found: >, content [<?xml version='1.0'?>
