WFR Issues When Using Load Balancer URL To Access Invoices

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR), while using a Load Balancer address URL, the following issues occur:
- Logged in user is not able to view the batch list
- Few invoices do not load when opening the Batch ID, and the invoice copy is blank
Using the Direct URL for WFR Web Verifier works successfully.
