Intermittently user gets 500 error when accessing application via Oracle Traffic Director (OTD). When this occurs the OTD logs has the following:
[2018-02-01T04:25:42-05:00] [otd_PROD_node_rpc3297] [ERROR:32] [OTD-10274] [ecid: Ua3oR02L100000000] [rid: 0] [pid: 6647] for host xx.xx.xx.xx trying to POST /ext/CSDI/Inbound/Services/CSDISBIInboundPS, func_exec reports: Function proxy-retrieve aborted the request without setting the status code
After increasing the logging level for OTD to TRACE:32 there is extra information logged just prior to above error:
[2018-02-01T04:25:42-05:00] [otd_PROD_node_rpc3297] [TRACE:1] [OTD-10974] [ecid: Ua3oR02L100000000] [rid: 0] [pid: 6647] for host xx.xx.xx.xx trying to POST /ext/CSDI/Inbound/Services/CSDISBIInboundPS, service-http reports: client disconnected before remote server responded
