Intermitently, Merges in OEMM Packages Are Not Recognized (Doc ID 2360149.1)

Symptoms

Merges in packages sometimes get recognized and sometimes they are not recognized.

Since there are no errors on the Oracle Enterprise Metadata Management (OEMM) UI, the following steps can be taken to determine if this issue is encountered:

  1. Create Tables and Package, then Harvest the Model.

  2. Trace lineage for a table in the table that was created above

  3. See that only for one of three tables involved in merges a lineage is available but not for the others
