증상
12.2.0.0.0 version, Thin JDBC driver
JDBC 12.1.0.2 에서 DB 12.2.0.1 로 DB 접속시 SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER = 12a로 설정시, error 발생
