Recreate the ADF Generated PS_TXN Table (Doc ID 2360656.1)

Goal

After reading the documentation about tuning of the PS_TXN table, it has become necessary to completely drop the table and re-create it in another db schema or, at least, in another tablespace of the same schema.
What's the best practice and what is the COMPLETE procedure to achieve one of these results?
