In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1, when a mapping is changed to use a copy of the Loading Knowledge Module (LKM), the LKM that was previously used in the mapping is still showing as "Used By" the mapping.

For example:

  1. Under the "LKM SQL to Oracle" knowledge module under the Project, the "Used By" correctly shows the association: "TestKMProject.FirstFolder.New_Mapping"
  2. Make a copy of the "LKM SQL to Oracle" by right-clicking "LKM SQL to Oracle" and selecting Duplicate Selection. Specify the new name of the KM, i.e. "Copy of LKM SQL to Oracle"
  3. Edit mapping "New_Mapping" to use the new LKM "Copy of LKM SQL to Oracle" i n s t e a d of  "LKM SQL to Oracle."
  4. Observe that the original knowledge module under the project, "LKM SQL to Oracle" is still showing "TestKMProject.FirstFolder.New_Mapping" under Used By, even though the LKM "Copy of LKM SQL to Oracle" is used by the "New_Mapping".
