WebLogic 12.1.3 SchemaLocation In Generated WSDL Has An Extra Slash In The Url (?WSDL//) (Doc ID 2360731.1)

Symptoms

On WebLogic Server 12.1.3, the schemaLocation  in generated WSDL has // after ?WSDL generated with relative path. i.e.  ?WSDL//

The SchemaLocation generated in Weblogic 10.3.6 and earlier is ?WSDL/.  Due to this the existing clients are unable to invoke web service successfully.
