Symptoms

On : Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3)

Followed the steps in <Note:2322401.1>:
While trying to integrate Oracle Privileged Account Manager(OPAM) with IDP "<IDP_NAME>" at our organization using OAM with WebGate and OIF in SP mode.

Issue is that the "SSO login page is not coming" even though OAMConsole works and protected OPAM url resource is accessible but without SSO.
