EOIB not Working Post Reboot of OL7 Based Exalogic Compute Node (Doc ID 2362216.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Physical racks, issue of EoIB network not accessible after a reboot of OL7 Linux Compute Nodes is seen, after setting up a Ethernet-over-IB (EoIB) network and ensuring that the network service is enabled and active. EoIB network has been configured by following the steps as described in below documentation:

Observed that following a reboot, the bonded interface master e.g.,'bond1' is down (along with for e.g., the slave configurations: ifcfg-eth1286_1 and ifcfg-eth1926_2):
