Oracle HTTP Server 12c Fails to Start with the Error "AH01564: unable to find IPv4 address of "hostname"" (Doc ID 2362427.1)

While trying to start Oracle HTTP Server 12c, using command " component_name", it fails to start with the below errors in the component_name.log
