Goal
After downloading and extracting Patchset 27287470 WEBCENTER ENTERPRISE CAPTURE CUMULATIVE PATCH 12.2.1.2.0 NUMBER 1, it is not possible to extract the zip file. The following error occurs:
Windows cannot open the folder.
The Compressed (zipped) Folder 'C:\Users\<PATH>\Downloads\p27287470_122120_Generic.zip' is invalid.
12c Patch readme files call for the extraction of patch files prior to running 'opatch apply', but the patch cannot be extracted. The error returned is "...file length exceed 256 characters."
