When performing a migration from SQL Server 2008 Database to Oracle Database12.2.0.1, through SQL Developer, it is truncating the names of the tables and columns that are 30 character or more in length.
The Oracle Database 12.2 is supports table and column names with 128 characters, but this behavior is occurring in SQL Developer.

Is there a way to solve this without an offline migration and that could be done online keeping the tables full names?
