Real Application Cluster (RAC) installations may contain two or more nodes. The number of nodes may not be the same between environments.
Cloning from RAC to RAC, single server to RAC, or RAC to a single server is not supported.

Goal

 Create a functioning environment on a different RAC hosted database containing a copy of the OWB Repository.
