Unable to Login to the WebCenter Content: Imaging Client and Seeing Error "Invalid Credentials"

After an upgrade to WebCenter Content: Imaging 22.214.171.124 and moving to new servers, users are not able to login to the Imaging client. The below error occurs:
The Imaging server is running.
The Imaging logs show the follow error message:
oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-00788: The following error is reported by the repository: Unable to initialize connection idc://Server_name:4444
ErrorCode = oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ProtocolException, ErrorMessage = Unable to initialize connection idc://Server_name:4444
