Unable to Login to the WebCenter Content: Imaging Client and Seeing Error "Invalid Credentials" (Doc ID 2365098.1)

Symptoms

After an upgrade to WebCenter Content: Imaging 12.2.1.3 and moving to new servers, users are not able to login to the Imaging client.  The below error occurs:

Invalid Credentials

The Imaging server is running.

The Imaging logs show the follow error message:

[IPM_server1] [ERROR] [] [oracle.imaging.ui] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '25' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: XXXXXX] [ecid: ] [APP: imaging] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] [DSID:] The following error is reported by the repository: Unable to initialize connection idc://Server_name:4444[[
oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-00788: The following error is reported by the repository: Unable to initialize connection idc://Server_name:4444
