Unable To Install WCSites Integration App In Eloqua (Doc ID 2366649.1)

Symptoms

With an Eloqua integration with WebCenter Sites a 401 error is encountered when accessing WebCenter Sites from an Eloqua form. Eloqua forms are able to be viewed within WebCenter Sites Contributor UI, but WebCenter Sites assets are not able to be viewed within Eloqua.
