Retrieving a string text written with Cyrillic characters from a Java program using JDBC Thin or works for VARCHAR2 column, but does not work when reading from a CLOB column from a database with character set CL8ISO8859P5. Junk characters are shown in this case.
However, the same 
works perfectly for previous database version or with the same character set.
