Users Unable to Access Portal After Association with External LDAP Server (Doc ID 2367188.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to access WebCenter Portal. Upon authentication, generic error page is displayed to users with an Internal Error (WCS#2018.02.16.18.30.39).
