Users Unable to Access Portal After Association with External LDAP Server (Doc ID 2367188.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to access WebCenter Portal. Upon authentication, a generic error page is displayed to users with an Internal Error (WCS#2018.02.16.18.30.39).
