Symptoms

Outbound webservice call from WLS to a third party server fails during SSL handshake as follows:

Server side trust certificate is already copied to WLS TrustKeyStore and the JAVA_OPTIONS -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore= <path to the WLS TrustKeyStore> -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword=<password> was already set
