Symptoms

 SQL Server classic remote extract abends when trying to setup in ALO mode.

2018-02-22 11:38:20 ERROR OGG-00146 Call to VAMInitialize returned with error status 600: VAM Client Report <MSSqlVam: (1) At least one option of type MANAGESECONDARYTRUNCATIONPOINT needs to be specified for TRANLOGOPTIONS (DSOPTIONS)>.

2018-02-22 11:38:20 ERROR OGG-01668 PROCESS ABENDING.
