How To Know On How Many Sessions Are Waiting To Connect To DB For A Datasource (Doc ID 2368044.1)

Goal

We would like to know is there any way which would give us info regarding on total number of threads or sessions waiting to connect to db for a particular datasource other than Waiting For Connection Current Count from console.
