Oam Console Controls On The "settings " Fail To Respond , Also The Sort Ascending, Descend "Partner Name" Does Not Work In Chrome

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.171017 version, Admin Console

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. Issue is only noticed if there are 25-30 partners under Identity Provider Management.

2. Access Oamconsole --> Configurations --> arrow next to "settings" & click to sort "Partner Name" field . It does not work (cause no action when clicked) in Chrome

3. It works with Firefox. You could use that as work around.

4. Noticed with Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When you access Oamconsole --> Configurations --> arrow next to "settings" & "Sort For Partner Name" will work in Chrome.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add 25-30 partners under Identity Provider Management
2. Access Oamconsole --> Configurations --> arrow next to "settings" & click to sort for "Partner Name"
