Symptoms

Getting an "unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information." when clicking on an instance within Enterprise Manager to view the audit trail.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Enterprise Manager
2. Open the audit trail for any BPM instance
3. Notice the error

The issue was only noticed after upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.3
