Symptoms

Getting an "unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information." when clicking on an instance within Enterprise Manager to view the audit trail.  In the logs the following error may be seen:

 The issue was only noticed after upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.3
