WLS Console Domain's Health Status Warning Page Does Not Display Correctly in Japanese Language Browser (Doc ID 2368271.1)

Symptoms

On WebLogic console's domain > monitoring (monitoring) > health screen , there is a list called "health".

When Server comes to a warning status, select "warning" in the Japanese language browser. Click the filter button to see the filtered warning information, there is no resulting output.
