On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot do stem searches for content items in different languages other than English

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Stem Searches should work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check in prodecm2300132.doc (1.31 MB) (18-Dec-2017 03:04:38 PM), document contains the word attentes (plural)
2. Whatever I try, I cannot get this document to show up when searching on attente or $attente.
3. When searching with the attente% notation the document does show up.
