Symptoms

Scenario consists of a domain with an app deployed in a cluster, with 2 managed servers (M1 and M2). The domain includes another managed server (M3).
After some activity in the servers (restart, deploy, etc) that may or not affect directly the application that has problems, the redirection loop starts in the page.
It will continue with the loop until some point during the server startup.
