Error HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized - Connecting to UCM Webservice End Point GenericSoapPort (Doc ID 2369010.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

Having problems to connect to the Webservice of UCM when using the following endpoint: https://xxx.fs.em2.oraclecloud.com/idcws/GenericSoapPort.
Same request works fine on the pre-pod environment https://xxx-test.fs.em2.oraclecloud.com/idcws/GenericSoapPort but it isn’t working on production environment.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the Webservice of UCM when using the following endpoint: https://xxx.fs.em2.oraclecloud.com/idcws/GenericSoapPort.
