Deployment Manager Export Creates File with Size 0 (Doc ID 2369044.1)

Symptoms

When exporting the OIM objects in using the export option in sysadmin console creates file with 0 size.

Error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run the OIM System Console to export a process by DM.
2. The export runs, but file is created as 0 size.
