Logging Client's IP Address To The Audit Log When Changes Are Made In The Admin Console
Last updated on MARCH 11, 2018
Applies to:
Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 12.2.1.2.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Information security requires logging the client's IP address, which performs changes in the Admin Console (url - http://host:7001/console/).
Changes in the WebLogic Admin Console are written to the audit log DefaultAuditRecorder.log without information about the client's IP address.
Is it possible to log the client's IP address which performs changes in the Admin Console?
