After Logging In BAM With The New Users Created User Cannot See The Reports

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, BAM Dashboard

After logging in BAM Console -> Active Viewer, user is not able to access reports from "Shared reports" page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BAM Console.
2. Go to Active Viewer and open a report.
3. Observe the issue.
