Symptoms

Require a HumanTask to be assigned to 100 users with each user id length of 12 characters.
Hit "java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20003: Error while inserting task ORA-06512: at "<SCHEMA_NAME>.WFTASKPKG_111170", line 1406 ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column ORA-06512: at line 1"
