Content server access is forbidden
Content server is not accessible at /cs/ (Returning "403 Forbidden").
SOAP API is refusing all uploads to UCM.
"Error 403 -- Forbidden"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch UCM URL
2. Check the error message
