Symptoms

Using OPAM 11.1.2.3.0:

OPAM server connection error when testing the server connection in the OPAM Console using the Load Balancer URL & Port although the test works fine when using the OPAM managed server hostname and SSL port.

Getting the following ERROR at the console while testing the connection:
