Unable to Extract Data from SAP BW Infocube Using ODI and Any of the "SAP BW to [TECHNOLOGY]" LKMs (Doc ID 2370574.1)

The following message is received when extracting data from SAP BW InfoCube, using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) "LKM SAP BW to SQL" or "LKM SAP BW to Oracle (SQLLDR)":

The failure occurs on the Session "Extract Data" task.

Note both the SAP BW InfoCube and Fact Table have their names starting with a slash (/), such as:
