ADFC-06015: An Exception Occurred When Invoking A Task Flow Initializer (Doc ID 2370586.1)

Symptoms

After creating a new Portal and enabling the Documents service for the Portal, navigation to the Documents on the Documents service definition page raises an error as follows:

ADFC-06015: An exception occurred when invoking a task flow initializer

Attempting to Add a Content task flow to a Portal page or access a Portal page with a Content Task flow also raises the error.

Changes

 This can occur after upgrade from 11g to 12c Fusion Middleware or can occur after adding additional Security attributes to WebCenter Content.
