Unable to Upload Files Larger than 10mb to UCM Via WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 2370985.1)

Symptoms

Errors are reported in WebCenter Space logs when uploading files larger than 10mb.
Files of larger size can be uploaded without any errors directly via UCM interface.
Changes recommended in below document are already implemented:

Changes

 The Oracle Fusion Middleware is front-ended by Oracle HTTP Server. Security module in the HTTP Server (mod_security) is enabled.
