Query Against WWV_FLOW_ACTIVITY_LOG Shows Only 14 Days of Data (Doc ID 2371039.1)

Goal

In a previous installation we were ran the following query to determine the activity within the APEX installation:

SELECT TRUNC(TIME_STAMP), COUNT(1)
FROM
(
SELECT time_stamp, component_type, component_name,
component_attribute, information, elap, num_rows, userid,
ip_address, user_agent, flow_id, step_id, session_id,
security_group_id, SQLERRM, sqlerrm_component_type,
sqlerrm_component_name, page_mode, cached_regions,
content_length, application_info, worksheet_id, ir_search,
ir_report_id, websheet_id, webpage_id, datagrid_id,
page_view_type, request_value, debug_page_view_id
FROM apex_050100.wwv_flow_activity_log
WHERE time_stamp > '01-JAN-2018'
AND time_stamp <= '07-MAR-2018'
)
GROUP BY TRUNC(TIME_STAMP)
ORDER BY 1 DESC;

After updating we only see 14 days of data. How do we view the activity within and APEX instance?
