JSPs Are Getting Recompiled On Every Request (Doc ID 2371256.1)

On version 12.2.1.3.0, JSPs are recompiled even though already recompiled those. It has been confirmed there are two cases.

1. JSPs are getting recompiled on every request if pageCheckSeconds of weblogic.xml is configured.
