Clicking "Show AB Test Report" Of A Recently Published AB Test Produces "Content Server Error" (Doc ID 2372369.1)

Symptoms

Executing the "Show AB Test Report" results in a "Content Server Error" message and below error message is shown in logs

[wcsites_server1] [ERROR] [] [oracle.wcsites.request] [tid: 123] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid:{SOME_ID}] [APP: sites][partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Exception including resource
/jsp/cs_deployed/UI/Actions/ABTestReportUIHtml.jsp[[
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

Steps to reproduce issue 
=============== 

1. Create Page & AB test for page 
2. Publish Page & AB Test to delivery environment 
3. Search for AB test in management environment, right click and select "Show 
AB Test Report" 
4. Content Server Error encountered. 

If you search for any existing AB Test in the Contributor UI and use the "Show AB Test Report" functionality from the search results it will throw the Content Server Error.
