Dvm:lookup Fails To Retrieve Correct Value If Value Contains "#"

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
dvm:lookup fails to retrieve correct value if value contains "#"

If DVM Value has "#" sign in the value, it fails to retrieve complete value. Only partial value before "#" is retrieved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should retrieve the complete value instead of partial value
