Symptoms

As a part of WebCenter Portal upgrade, migrating folder structure from Folders_g to FrameworkFolders on content server and an error is encountered. Following is reported in the MigrationDiagnostic.log file.

Changes

Since WebCenter Portal 12c supports FrameworkFolders, folder structure must be migrated from Folders_g to FrameworkFolders in Content Server (in 11.1.1.9.x) prior to upgrading to 12c..
