EDI EDIFACT Inbound : Document Protocol Identification Error

Symptoms

Customer is using B2B 11.1.1.7.8 to process inbound EDI Edifact D96A orders.
B2B throws following error
throws B2B-50037 : Inbound processing error in production environment.

This issue persists even after applying latest XEngine Hotfix
