Nodemanager Password Change Is Not Reflected In nm_password.properties (Doc ID 2372745.1)

A password change of NodeManager is not reflected in the <DOMAIN>/config/nodemanager/nm_password.properties file.

So Admin Console can not communicate with the nodemanager process.

When trying to start a managed server, the following warning is shown in the WLS console.

This issue is reproduced with the following condition.

1. nodemanager password is changed

2. "non-dynamic" changes are in same change operation transaction
