Random Incorrect Data Output When Desformat=PDF for a Specific Report

Symptoms
Note: Although this happens for a particular report, the workaround may help other customers experiencing similar issue with repetitive data.
Running report with desformat=PDF will output incorrect data for a particular report.
The incorrect data output happens randomly every time.
For Example:
Following abnormal case notice the data "Q" displays the same data as "P", but that is actually not correct. It should not repeat the data.
