Symptoms

Installed jagent (12.2.1.2.0) with patch 26982776. Jagent's startup fails with below error

Error in ogg_agent.log

[2018-03-06T05:35:55.017-05:00] [JAGENT] [ERROR] [OGGMON-20606] [com.oracle.goldengate.jmx.cmd.impl.ggsci.GGSCIWrapper] [tid: main] [ecid: 0000M7usRwNEoI9_rd5EiY1QbawA000001,0] Exception thrown while executing GGSCI command info pmsrvr,  ERROR: Invalid command.[[  ]]
[2018-03-06T05:35:55.018-05:00] [JAGENT] [ERROR] [OGGMON-20623] [com.goldengate.monitor.jagent.config.impl.AgentInfoImpl] [tid: main] [ecid: 0000M7usRwNEoI9_rd5EiY1QbawA000001,0] Fail to get Web Service Port, com.oracle.goldengate.jmx.cmd.impl.ggsci.InvalidCommandException:  ERROR: Invalid command.
