Symptoms

Oracle Golden Gate CDC Extract abends with the following errors:

2018-02-11 07:56:32 ERROR OGG-04036 Positioning sequence ID is out of order, old sequence ID is 0019c474:00071d60:0001-0019c474:04001c43:0000,
new sequence ID is 0019c474:00071d60:0001-0019c474:00071c43:0044.
